Actually, I think Justin's found a bug that needs to be fixed. Section 7
was supposed to say this:

"You agree not to indicate compatibility or co-adaptability with any
Trademark [or Registered Trademark] in conjunction with a work containing
Open Game Content except as expressly licensed in another, independent
Agreement with the owner of such Trademark [or Registered Trademark]."

The intent is to restrict your ability to indicate compatibility or
co-adaptability with any legal trademark even if that mark has never been
associated with any product containing OGL content. Since anyone can claim
a tradark interest, even if the claim isn't legal, we decided to limit the
external scope of the restriction to Registered Trademarks, all of which
are, by definition, enforceable to some limit.

I'll have the legal guys fix that on Monday and update the OGL immediately.
I'm amazed that nobody caught this one until now - good eyes, Justin!
Anyone who is going on press with an OGL'd product should make that change
as well.

Ryan
