If this superhero has the initials PP and works for a newspaper by taking picuters of himself, it'd been even more derivitive 'course, IANAL... but then again, even the lawyers aren't dispensing legal advice. If you *really* want an answer, you should talk to one, and pay him money so he has to give you a formal and correct answer.
