I've been my typical rabid posting self lately, but I have to say that I 
agree completely with both of these points--despite some percevied inference 
to the contrary in previous messages.

Some game systems suck, to the point where the rules get in the way of the 
game.  Others are great, and each of these mature, well-done systems is, or 
*should be*, on par with each of the others when it comes to "how good is 
it."  After all, once amaturistic mistakes are done with, (like, oh, "let's 
have some charts that have to be used in every combat right in the middle of 
the DM's book") it's all a matter of opinion.
