Uhhhhhhh, No.
WotC owns the d20 logo and the OGL and the content of
the d20 SRD and the d20 license and the whole
enchilada. They do whatever the hell they want with
it. It is theirs. The OGF has no ownership of
anything. We can use d20 content and logos through a
license with WotC. Period. The OGF has nothing to do
with it.
