Depends on the gamer.
The last time a gamer appeared on a talk show, it was Phil Donahue. The
guy was saying that "Dungeons and Dragons is *just* a game, people!" Then
Phil asked "But you really cast spells, right?" The guy replied "Oh yeah,
you cast spells to defeat the monsters and demons and stuff..." and went on
like that before they cut him off. Old Phil was rolling his eyes.
