My Dream would be to be able to use the D20 Logo and D20STL, It's what I initially had planned, hence no character creation or experience issues. But right in there is a definition of Interactive Software. Which I think is what my "AlwaysSummer Daze" software falls under (IMO) which leaves me with the D20SRD and software designed to fall under the D20STL. I'm sticking with the original design. and after my appointment w/ the lawyer, I'll decide what to do next. Off the top of my head If I'm in the D20SRD Only bucket, then I'll probably implement Character creation and experience points....
