See the d20 System Trademark License
(http://www.opengamingfoundation.org/d20.html) and the Open Gaming License
(http://www.opengamingfoundation.org/ogl.html), and I'm sure Doug and Faust
will supply the URLs to the FAQs. For a list of game terms and mechanics
which are Open Gaming Content, see the System Reference Document
(http://www.opengamingfoundation.org/srd.html) but remember that the SRD has
not yet been released, though rumor has it that it will be finalized in the
very near future.

Products which use Open Game Content must comply with the Open Gaming
License. Content which is derived from Open Game Content must also be Open
Game Content. Products which use the d20 System logo and trademark must
also comply with the d20 System Trademark License.
