The OGL which you must conform to, in order to you the SRD, expressly
prohibits the way in which you use Trademarks.

This prevents you from the use of the term "Dungeons & Dragons" --
essentially by accepting the terms of the OGL, you are waiving certain "fair
use rights" that would normally allow you to reference the book titles.
With the one exception that you may add the text "Requires ... Players
Handbook ..."
