Once again, well said. (Oh, how I envy your communication skills!) I
think the most important of your suggestions was prevention. I used to
think it was my ignorance and fear that made an attorney necessary for me,
but now I suspect it is ignorance and fear that keeps so many new d20ites
without one.
As far as what to do once an infraction has occurred... Oh, what a
mess! I expected this error from someone like...me, but not you. My world
is shattering.
