You are mistaken, Damian.  The "community standards" and Supreme Court
quotes of which you speak regard *obscenity*, no pornography.  Pornography
is well within your Freedom of Speech.  Obscenity is not.  Pornography is
naughty, but doesn't unduly offend a jury of your peers from the community
in which you live. ;)

Yeah, it's a shitty definition, especially in the Internet age where
borders and communities are difficult or impossible to define, but it's
all we have.
