"Clark can probably provide more info, since this is
essential what was done in Relics & Rituals. (as I
understand it - sorry Clark, but I haven't had the
money yet to purchase it.). You can create a separate
license (as open or closed as you desire) for your own
Product Identity or Closed Content material. However,
if all you want is to ensure you receive credit when
someone uses your material, that is already required
under the OGL."

Thats right. That is what we did. You can designate
closed content (as long as you do it in keeping with
the license) and then PI that content. Then you can do
a seperate license for the PI'd content. In that
license you could even require people to put "Open
Village Product" on the cover if you want or provide a
logo and have people put the logo on the front. It is
your license. You can require what you want.

...but...

Like Alec said, if all you want is credit, you have to
be noted in the Copyright section of the OGL license
that is required in every product. Though that is not
very visible credit.

I would do something this:

Limited license: Future developers are hereby granted
the right, as limited below, to use the following
copyrighted items which have been designated as
Product Identity in accordance with the Open Game
License: The name "the Village of ABC," the map of the
village of ABC as provided on our website, the names
of all NPCs contained in source document Open Village
SRD as detailed below, [etc.] The above listed items
may only be used in future game products in printed
form. No rights to publish in electronic format is
granted [and any other limitations you want]. Any
person using content under this license must include
on the cover of the product "Open Village Product" and
on the copyright page must include "Open Village
created by [your name here]"...etc

That sort of thing.
