Their selection, arrangement, and presentation is
copyrightable. This is more of a so-called 'thin'
copyright, however, and it's not as easy to defend
AFAIK as something like a whole novel or a painting.
Personally, I think a copyright on stat blocks would
be a pretty silly thing to sue people over, but that's
just me.
