I'm working with an attorney out of Andover, MA. (Just off of 495) He isn't an IP attorney, however, and he doesn't know much about roleplaying games. I thought both of those things would be important but they aren't. I discovered that many of the legal issues I thought were complicated are standard attorney brian candy, so you might not need to pay the hefty price of a specialist if you do some shopping. My attorney is having me work with accountants and IP specialists on a need only basis. It really keeps costs down. Anyway, if you need more info feel free to contact me off list. Maggie |
