It depends on the nature of the work you need done.  Almost any attorney
can put together a workable licensing agreement, but infringement
litigation is another matter entirely.  Any attorney who doesn't have a
thorough knowledge of both the subject matter of the litigation and the
applicable statutes and caselaw (on top of courtroom experience) is
going to be at a major disadvantage .
