Free20 will be limited to "freely distributable" things. It is no different
than a commerical publihser (*cough* Green Ronin *cough*) making the whole
of their work Open Game Content.
A commerical publisher could best use it to build fan support--with free
downloads, for example. Or Character sheets, "rejects", et cetera.
And, of course, "SRDs" like what Faust wants are perfect for it.
