The licenses were finalized many months ago. And in any case, this
discussion began days before word that the SRD was released hit the list.
Plus, it's fairly arrogant to assume that the licenses are "done." If d20
takes off, I hope we can expect a gradual loosening of the d20 licence. And
the very first time the OGL gets brought into court, there will probably be
at least one minor change to it.
In any case, I want to take full blame for this entire disucssion; I don't
have a company, and I don't have the credit or capital to start one. Thus,
I tend to do what work I can do out in the open.

P.S. And I'll be the first one to admit that "free20" is unnecessary. It
might be *useful* in some situations, but it's hardly needed.
