[Ogf-l] Ethics of using PHB, DMG, MM

Ryan,

Since the abbreviations PHB, DMG, and MM are not trademarked by WOTC
(AFAIK), I believe there is now problem with OGL books using these
abbreviations - legally speaking. In the spirit of abiding by the ethics of
OG publishing as well as the legalities, do have an opinion on whether OGL
publishers should be using these abbreviations?
