Those of us who have put out early d20 products were
given specific permission by Ryan to use the logo,
draft versions of the d20 STL and d20 SRD (uncluding
the as of yet unreleased stuff), so there is no
infringement.
Maybe Ryan could chime in and say if newcomers have
similar permission. I believe he did make a post to
that effect some time ago.
