Minor correction: ALL material from Wizards is copyrighted, INCLUDING the
SRD. The fact that the SRD has been released as OGC in no way changes the
fact that the SRD is copyrighted. It merely means that the SRD is licensed
under the OGL, allowing unlimited rights to reuse it or create derivative
works in accordance with the terms of the OGL.
