Unfortunately, I think this project is premature.

First, I have yet to see anything from the FSF that indicates that they
find that the OGL and the GNU GPL are "compatible" as required by the
GPL.

Second, you haven't followed the OGL.  You don't clearly indicate what
parts of the work are OGC, and you don't indicate that the OGL is
required for their use.  You have not updated section 15 of the license
(in fact, you've used the >web page< from the OGF, including the
nonofficial FAQ and the links).

Third, you have not reconciled the requirement of the OGL that no
additional terms be added to any OGC.

As it stands now, this project is an infringing work.
