Although I don't "know", I agree. I think that means that you won't be able to use Githyanki etc. as they are not found in the MM and thus are not is the SRD. Don't be cofused or send a lecturing reply. The ONLY fair use monsters are in the SRD. They just happen to be the same as the monsters in the MM. Anything extra is PI and is not open.
