I am in the process of developing what I hope is a 100% OGC publication, for
free download only. I would like to include some chapter quotes, a
bibliography and possibly even mention some other D&D products by name only
in a foreword. So, I have two questions: Firstly, can I put quotes and book
names in Open Gaming Content without compromising anyone's copyright or must
I place these in non-open sections or leave them out all together?

Secondly, can I mention D&D products in my foreword if it is Open Gaming
Content? Or must I make the foreword closed content? I noticed that Green
Ronin Publishing's 'Jade Dragons and Hungry Ghosts' mentions the original
'Oriental Adventures' in its foreword, although the foreword is not
published as open.

TIA...
