Clark, Alec didn't we just have a similiar item pointed out on the d20 list,
about someone copying the legalize from one of the S&S books?

I had thought the understanding that it was common practice, and within fair
use to copy other peoples licenses, modify them slightly and use them as
your own.

hmmm, gotta go dig in the archives...
