not quite perfect, thus the reason for the existence of the OOGL--we 
debated long and hard just using the Gnu FDL.  anyway, just an FYI: 
i'm going straight to the horse's mouth on this one, and i'll respond 
once i have answers to the 2 points that really only the FSF can 
answer.
