Anyone who comes here looking for what a court, company, or individual 
might say is deluding themselves.

OTOH, those who come asking "is this how it is" are probably in the 
right place.  WotC won't answer questions like that unless you've got a 
product allready printed; hence, the second-best place, here, is the 
proper forum.
