My question about NBoF here, was to find the validity, not to really "report" a violation to the OGL patrol. If it is valid OGL, yippee, I might re-consider the possibility of using it. If not then they should probably be asked to remove it from the PDF. It doesn't really matter much either way to me, but I am curious. I emailed DnD community council about one or two things but never got answers, and now they have changed domains so that email will not likely be answered now.
