Smiley-face for you maybe, you didn't get the email from Wizard's legal

I do appreciate the feeback though and see some things I need to change. For
example, while "target" and "area of effect" may not be copyrightable, my
"Spell Database" has the exact same layout as the SRD Spell Layout. That
seems clearly derivative as it has not been explained to me so I need to
remedy that.

It does in a limited number of places. I'll have to try to find some remedy
for that as well. Looks like I'll be up late tonight studying the OGL and
banging my head on the wall.
