I agree with you. Creating a screen or form that duplicates the layout of something from the SRD seems derivative now. I think Ryan agrees as well though. I took his comment about implementing rules to be an "in addition" comment to the screen issue. Not as his only point of derivation (is that a word? I didn't know what a derivative was a couple hours ago, now I'm conjugating it).
