When you use open content from others, the OGL requires that you use 
the exact wording of their Section 15 in your Section 15. That's a 
separate issue from how you (a) declare open content and product 
identity, and (b) indicate the copyright and permission information 
for stuff that isn't open content.

If one of the goals of your project is to encourage reuse, you ought 
to make the identification of open content and product identity as 
simple as you can.
