I'd personally suggest releasing "mini-works" that contain all of the 
OGC each author released.  (maybe non-OGC, too.)   You could do this as 
seperate files on an FTP site, or as "chapters" of the netbook itself.

Question for the list: Would it be feasable to have a collection of 
works in a single book (like the FNBCC's netbook's or a magazine) each 
reference Sections 1-14 of the OGL in one place in the collection, and 
with each "mini-work" containing its own Section 15?
