Regarding the issue of publishers I will tend to be liberal, however I do not want to have people whose primary intention is not product but information on the list. I do not have the resources do alot of pursuing of breach of NDA and I am certain there will be a small amount in any case.
Regarding my decision to go with FGA. Well, put simply, I needed someone who could be fast to make up for my slowness and devoted to this particular line. They offered. So far I have been very pleased with the speed of their work.
