Okay, you stated what WAS the purpose of OGF, but is it still IS? Or is the
OGF going in a different direction?

So far, the OGF web site provide information on current open gaming licenses
out there, from the Dominion Rules License to the October Open Gaming
License.

Here's the hard question: Will FGA succeeds OGF?
