All the 'unreleased' material at OpenGamingFoundation.org is "OGC-to-be", and may be used as if it were OGC under the "Gentleman's Agreement" which has governed the use of the SRD since August 2000. In short: You may use the material in the draft SRD freely, provided you agree to make all changes which might be necessary when the material is officially released. The 'proper name' spells are mostly renamed in the SRD. Be *sure* you use the SRD names, NOT the PHB names!
