[Ogf-l] Spells, Prayers & Magic OGC?

Hello Everyone,   I'm requesting help with three OGC questions please.   I was under the impression that DMG magic items, and wizard spells, priest prayers and domains from the PHB are not OGC.  I have seen d20 System modules that use the names of the spells, domains and prayers, and identify them as OGC.  I've also seen modules with text such as "possessions: +1 dagger, masterwork chainmail armor" identified as OGC.   The Spell I, Spell II, Spells A through Z, and Magic Items SRD files that I read at open gaming foundation all state that this content has not been formally released.  The Basic Character Classes I refers to deity domains, but does not specifically list them.   My three (admittedly broad) questions:   1) Are the deity domains, and the names (but not effect) of wizard and clerical spells OGC?   2) If the spell names are OGC, are the proper-name spells OGC, or must the proper name be omitted?   3) Are any DMG magic items considered OGC, and if so, which ones/types?     Thanks very much, Brian K.
