My wife uses Weight Watchers, and I can speak on what this thing is (although I'm going from memory as I don't have it in front of me). Its a slide rule. You find out how many fiber grams are in a service, then slide the cardboard until you hit the # of calories in the serving. Then you find the corresponding fat grams in the serving and read off the # of points that serving has. I'm pretty sure that's the order. I know that fiber grams, fat grams and calories are needed to use the slide rule.
Paul W. King Sight unseen, I suspect that Weight Watchers would have a tough time asserting a copyright on such a system transposed to caloric intakes. _______________________________________________ Ogf-l mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.opengamingfoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/ogf-l
