Well, theoretically it is possible. The license only prohibits compatibility with PI and trademarks. "Monster Manual" is neither. Nor is "Third Edition."
HOWEVER, remember that we are still using most of this content under the gentleperson's agreement. As part of that agreement way back when Ryan asked we not use the book names other than the PHB name as spelled out in the license. So even though it might be permissible under the license, I think that use might violate the gentleperson's agreement. I would advise you not to do that.
