1) It doesn't seem in the spirit of the d20 license. If you violate the spirit of the licenses it will just sour Wizards on future releases. Please don't do that the rest of us. 2) Some free marketing: I would see those 10 entries as filler and be quite annoyed that you expect me to pay you for material that I already own that is not yours in the first place. And you wouldn't even have the complete Monster Manual Entry. Just the combat and stat sections. The SRD does not have complete monster write-ups. Just the game rule info. 3) If you are doing this to make the 5% OGC requirement of the d20 license I would put your book down immediately. While I don't need d20 books to have a lot of OGC, I prefer those that do. Can't you just say, "see page 99 of the MM"? Everyone reading the book will understand what you mean.
