Yes, you must place the Copyright notice of ANY Open Game Content
(regardless if it's new or used, or where it came from) into Section 15 of
the OGL

That's up to you, as the OGL doesn't care about any copyright statements
outside of the OGL.

You are free to place your copyright (for any content from your own company,
and your new or derived content) any place you want to, as many times as you
want to -- so long as you place 1 copy in Section 15 of the OGL.
