Okay, I understand that if you use Open Gaming Content in your product, you need to update the copyright notice in the license itself (which must be included with the product), and in the general copyright information for the product.
But what about a product that contains all /new/ Open Gaming Content? I'm publishing Gamemastering Secrets 2nd Edition as a d20 product as well as a Fudge product. (Yes, I'm using both the Fudge license and the OGL/d20 Trademark licenses, they're not incompatible as long as you retain any Fudge derivative stuff as IP.) We haven't drawn on any existing Open Game Content for the book. We are, however, releasing several general gamemastering advice articles on various topics as "Open Game Content." (Well over 5% of the text is designated as Open Game Content -- I gave each contributor the choice of releasing their article as Open Game Content or not.) So.... do the copyright notices for the /new/ Open Game Content material go on the Open Gaming License page as well as under the general copyright notices for the product? Or, perhaps the question should be, /can/ the copyright notices for the new OGC go on the license page as well as the copyright page, as it would be best (I think), and clearest, if copyright notices were in both places. (I couldn't find an answer to this in the FAQs, sorry!)
