Upon further review, I was a bit snippy myself. I apologize. I'm just trying
to make the point that there's no need to question why someone would ask a
question, unless you see strong evidence of insincerity or sarcasm, and I
didn't see any.

I REALLY appreciate that you take the time to answer questions on this list.
I have run a computer game company for 7 years and I'm still learning about
copyright law.

Since litigation is so expensive, one thing I've actually learned is that
the assumptions, understandings, thoughts and behavior of companies you may
potentially come into conflict with are more important than the actual "law"
when you publish a product. To this extent, having you on this list is more
valuable than a gaggle of a lawyers and I wouldn't want to do anything to
quash that.
