I think what it (section 6) is saying is you have to use the copyright inforation from the product you use as it is.
For example, lets say my "Dark Dungeons" has this section 15: OGL, [proper reference] SRD, [proper reference] Dark Dungeons (c) 2002 Necromancer Games Inc., author Jack Chick. If you use content from Dark Dungeons (and, frankly, who wouldnt?) in your product "Really Dark Dungeons" then your section 15 would be: OGL [citation, because you have to list it, not because I did] SRD [citation, because you have to list it, not because I did] Dark Dungeons (c) 2002 Necromancer Games Inc., author Jack Chick Really Dark Dungeons (c) 2002 Cool Company, LLC, author Monte Gygax Note that you dont have to list the SRD and OGL twice--in other words, you dont have to put it in again just because it was in my section 15. What you DO have to do is use my stuff correctly. For example, if your section 15 included: Dark Dungeons (c) 2002 Necromancer, written by Jack Chick you would be in violation of the OGL. I'm sure you see why, but just in case I will explain: you would be in violation because you didnt use the section 15 notice exactly as I did it (even though you are saying the same thing). Clark > I say that if you use multiple books (Relics & > Rituals, Book of Eldritch > Might and Bluffside: City on the Edge as examples), > you only have to > display common elements once...like the OGL and the > SRD. ===== http://www.necromancergames.com "3rd Edition Rules, 1st Edition Feel" __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
