Good idea. Here is what we can do. We can create the "Original Spell Name Compendium" and release it as OGC. That compendium will take the NPC-named spells from the SRD and rename them with the NPC names slightly altered to Melfe and Tensre and Mordenkianen and Bigsby or whatever. Then we release that as OGC and then all we have to do is site to that in our Section 15 and voilla! problem solved.
