You knew that something like this was a possibility. That was the entire purpose of the Gentleman's Agreement. You promising to update your products as soon as reasonably possible to reflect any changes to the SRD between draft and released version. The Gentleman's Agreement pretty much says that it has to be updated within 30 days or so, if it is a web based product, and at your next print cycle for paper-based products.
