I am looking to make a web enhancement to a prior work and I am not quite
sure if I have to "give myself credit," so to speak.
It's a good idea, if for no other reason that if someone uses your OGC the have all the sources there and don't end up getting in trouble, and likely developing an unfavorable opinion of you, because you didn't cite all your background sources in that particular product's Section 15.
