I think that the original poster realizes now that it is illegal to request or obtain electronic copies of the materials in question. Whether or not he will be violating copyright laws by making personal copies has nothing to do with OGL.
Unless there is a copyright lawyer willing to provide free service to the mass here, can we just let this discussion die?
I do not intend to be rude, but the OGL piece of this was clarified very quicklyand the rest of it is, basically, off topic in my opinion.
