On the binary OGC issue. My FasterTools program is using the d20 license and its binary is OGC. WOTC sent me an initial email about a month ago, I sent them an email back, they haven't responded.
One thing is that OGC cannot have any additional restrictions: 1) This means no EULA. 2) Check your compiler and make sure that the executable you distribute doesn't have any license or restriction somehow tied back to the vendor.
