Two questions, in both cases I have no intention of using the d20 logo.

1) Would it be possible to distribute an game based off of SRD elements and 
game mechanics if I simply distributed it in source form, and completely 
under the OGL?  Since I'm not interested in making cash for this, the loss of 
control is fine by me.  I'll simply PI my name and see what the community 
does with it.

2) Assuming I wanted closed source, could I not OGL the executable except for 
those stubs I may or may not be able to open?

IE:

All of this executable is open game content except for octets 4000-4012, 
5207-5212, etc?

It would be clearly marked, even if nobody but an assembly hacker could make 
use of it.
