I suspect, now that I'm musing on it, that one minor failure of the
OGL is the ease of hiding Section 15 data -- as a producer, you
really want the consumer to see your name on all your OGL.
Amusingly enough, one of the author's whose OGC had been reprinted in Pocket Grimoire Divine cornered me at a con to point out that I hadn't asked his permission to put his name in the design credits on page 1. I try to give credit where it's due, and it never occurred to me that someone might take issue the idea. Of course, I had the publisher's OK to use the material, but it still threw me for a loop.
