Okay, here's the deal. Their Section 15 mentioning your stuff reads: Crypt Lord, Incarnate, Penumbral Lord and Vigilant from Relics & Rituals, Copyright 2001 Clark Peterson. They also use the following R&R prestige classes uncredited as far as I can tell: Blood Witch (not the flavor text, and the stats are somewhat modified but quite recognizable), Sea Witch (nearly verbatim), Summoner (nearly verbatim). Very odd how they screwed up the Section 15, really. It's like they made up their own way of doing things. They shouldn't be mentioning the individual classes (and since they are, why only mention some?), and your Section 15 also references the Creature Collection, which they should be including (as you well know all of this).
