Does every source from a source need to be referenced?

For instance, if I include a Feat from Nyambe: African Adventures that is
orignal to that work, but the Sec. 15 of Nyambe references Occult Lore due
to the use of spells, do I have to list Occult Lore as well even though the
cross-material isn't used?

(Note this is hypothetical, as I do draw material from Occult Lore as
well...)
